allow the Somm and our chef to guide your table through a seasonal tasting menu with the perfect wine pairing. this 6-course tasting experience also features surprise amuse bouche and mignardise. available Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights for 2 to 6 guests per table. ticketed experience requires 24-hour notice and pre-payment. monthly menu's will be available the last week of the month prior. there are no substitutions to the food or wine pairing. there is limited accommodation for known allergens. once you have made the purchase we will reach out and schedule your reservation.

One of the greatest wine regions in the world, and also one of the hardest to understand. We will look at maps, talk about soils, and geology, as well as all the AOCs (deliminated regions) that make Bordeaux one of the most famous wine regions. And of course we will taste some very amazing wines from all over Bordeaux.
