Somm Table Experience

New October Menu is in! Allow our sommelier and chef to guide your table through a seasonal tasting menu with the perfect wine pairing. This 3 course tasting experience also features surprise amuse bouche, and mignardise. This experience is available Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, for 2 to 6 guests per table. Tickets are available now. We can accommodate some dietary restrictions, pescatarian & vegetarian. $95/pp

Somm Table: Japanese Sake Pairing Nights

Wife & The Somm is teaming up with JFOODO (the Japan Food Products Overseas Promotion Center) to host Japanese Sake Pairing Nights, a three-night dinner series celebrating Japanese sake and non-traditional pairings. The multi-course pairing menu will spotlight the many delicious and creative ways that Japanese sake can be paired with non-Japanese dishes, with a focus on seafood. $95/pp Guests will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for Japanese sake as certified "Kikizakeshi” (sake sommelier) Greg Beck showcases the beautiful complexity and versatility of the beverage through an interactive presentation and Q&A. Greg Beck is a certified "Kikizakeshi,” sake sommelier and the founder & owner of Sake Secret, the only sake specialty shop in Los Angeles. He studied Japanese in college and found his way to sake through the festivals, sake bars and brewery visits while living and working in Hiroshima for 5 years. As his passion for sake grew, he returned to the States to share the secrets of sake with everyone.
